We are proud to report that Professor Scherer had the great honor to give a Plenary Lecture at the 63rd IEEE Conference on Decision and Control (CDC 2024) with almost 2500 participants. The conference has been hosted in Milano, Italy, from December 16 through December 19, 2024. With his one-hour plenary talk "From Dissipativity to the Design of Controllers for Optimization", Professor Scherer shared his newest research results as one of the leading experts in the field of Systems Theory and Optimization.
